Mark Gillett re-joined Silver Lake in 2013 after previously serving at the firm from 2009-2011. He is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Partner. Prior to his return to Silver Lake, Mr. Gillett served as Chief Development Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Skype, the global communications platform, driving acceleration of thecompany's growth strategy and leading its integration following Microsoft's acquisition of the business in 2011.
