By offering the most complete property listings, it allows tenants to book their property from anywhere in the world without the need for in-person viewings. It also offers guarantees against default payments and damages. Spotahome is growing rapidly, fueled by a $40M Series B funding round led by Kleiner Perkins, the first leading Silicon Valley VC in a Spanish company. It is present in 11 cities across 8 countries in Europe.Spotahome was launched by Alejandro Artacho, Bryan McEire, Hugo Monteiro and Bruno Bianchi in March 2014 and has offices in both Madrid, Spain and London, UK.
