He serves as a Director at Aleris, Gambro BCT, Brandtex Group, BTX Group A/S, Contex A/S, Dako A/S. Mr. Andersen served as the Chairman at ISS A/S. He served as Vice Chairman of Danske Bank A/S and has been its Director since March 23, 2010. He served as a Member of Supervisory Board at Københavns Lufthavne A/S. He served as the Chairman of the board of ISS A/S until August 21, 2013, and its member of the Board of Directors since March 2005 until August 21, 2013.
