- Builderhead — Builderhead is a construction management software designed for real estate developers and general contractors. The software combines project development, procurement, and construction management into a streamlined pipeline. We bring an industry spesific Project Development CRM, Bid Management Tools and Project Management Software in one easy-to-useplatform which integrates easily with other most used software in the industry. Even thought the construction industry accounts for 13% of the world’s GDP, there's been a global problem of poor productivity within the industry as productivity growth has increased only 1% over the past 20 years. From the real estate developers and general contractors point of view, the biggest issue is the projects that turn unprofitable unexpectedly. One unprofitable project destroys the whole year profits and another one can bankrupt the entire company. Most of the decisions that affect the success of a project are made before construction begins, but still there are no smart tools available for that stage to help the construction companies avoid unprofitable projects. We solve this global problem by bringing the most critical steps to the success of a construction project on the same platform.
