Tom served as President and CEO of the division of PETsMART managing the Internet and traditional direct marketing businesses. Tom returned to Idealab in 2003 to explore new internet marketing and search opportunities. Prior to his Idealab group endeavors, Tom was a Senior Vice President of Warner Bros. and a management consultant. While at Warner Bros. he co-founded the Internet mall which was one of the earliest online marketplaces. Tom started his career at Price Waterhouse and is a CPA. Tom serves on a number of private company boards and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and earned his B.S. from the University of Colorado.
