It is also as much about the smaller things in everyday life.Certain things in life are difficult to achieve alone. Fortunately, it is easy to save on common goals when using Spiff.Sometimes it holds a monthly move. At other times it is cool to refer to some chronicles that hang and slang.

I work with early-stage technology startups and founders with ambitions to solve global challenges. I'm co-founder and partner at Farmhouse, investing primarily in Norwegian startups, and a venture partner at Antler, a global early-stage VC. Previously, I held the position as Portfolio Manager and Partner at B&B while the company scaledfrom 16 to 60+ people in three countries. I initiated and co-founded the co-working space Nordic Innovation House in Silicon Valley, explored new business opportunities in the renewables industry and I was the first CEO of the Norwegian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. I have experience as a co-founder, angel investor, member of the Board of Directors for startups and VCs, focusing on early-stage ventures, growth, and internationalization. I'm passionate about helping startups scale their impact, and especially empowering female co-founders and angel investors.
