Dr. Johann ‘Hansi’ Hansmann was born in Austria and studied economics in Vienna. He spent the major part of his professional life working as an executive in the pharmaceutical industry in Austria, Germany, UK and Spain. He gathered several years of entrepreneurial experience running successfully his own pharmaceutical company in Spain afterconducting a management buy-out of a big pharmaceutical plant, making an exit in 2003. Since this time he is active as investor and business angel. He currently holds investments with a geographical focus on Austria, Germany, UK and Spain both internet and in the health industry. He led Runtastic, shpock, mysugr and just recently durchblicker and Busuu to extraordinary exits. He was president of the ‘Austrian Angels Investors Association’ until 2021, was awarded 'Best European Early Stage Investor' in 2016 by eban.org and is now based in Vienna and tries to find spare time to ride his mountain bike.

Jens Schumann, born on 6 June 1973, was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LOTTO24 AG on 19 June 2020. Before that, since 2 May 2012, he was already Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He is one of the two founders of today's ZEAL Network SE (former Tipp24 SE) and was Managing Director and a Management Board member of Tipp24SE from 1999 to 2009. Jens Schumann has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ZEAL Network SE since July 2011. From 1998 to the formation of Tipp24 SE, he worked as a business consultant at Icon Medialab AG. Schumann studied law at the University of Münster from 1993 to 1998 and finished his studies with the first State Exam.
