Currently, Kevin is CFO of Biological Dynamics, a biotech company, based out of San Diego, CA, where he leads financial operations and efforts for general IPO Readiness and oversees the company’s strategy and long-term planning initiatives. Prior, Kevin led investor relations, corporate communications, and corporate sustainability strategies atBio-Rad Laboratories. During his tenure, he developed and implemented a comprehensive investor relations program and served as a strategic thought partner on corporate strategy, business development, forecasting, and long-term planning. Prior to Bio-Rad, Kevin was a Portfolio Manager for various asset management firms, including Lombard Odier, BlueCrest and Visium, having led diligence on numerous IPOs and equity financing transactions. Kevin started his career at Morgan Stanley, and later Goldman Sachs, where he covered the medical technology and diagnostics sectors, and contributed to teams named #1 and Best Up & Comer by Institutional Investor. Kevin holds a BS in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, was pre-med at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has completed executive education business leadership programs at London Business School and Harvard Business School.
