Victor was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" in January 2004 by Inc. Magazine, and Orange County "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst Young in 1999. Victor also received the 2003 Orange County Business Journal "Excellence in Entrepreneurship" award, as well as the 2003 Southern California Monte Jade Science & Technology Association "Distinguished Business Achievement" award and the 2004 USPAAC (US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce) "Excellence in Business" award. The USPAAC also named Victor as one of the top 10 most influential Asian American business leaders of 2005. Victor was also the recipient of Entrepreneur of the Year award from International Leadership Foundation (ILF) in July 2006. He serves as a member of the 2006-2008 National Judge panel for the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Program."
