As president and CEO, Victor built and led Linksys to become the leading provider of networkinghardware for the home and small business with a revenue market share to date of over 50%.Victor has contributed his efforts in helping start-up companies and projects in the Tsao Family Foundation. A great majority of his time is based in Beijing (Greater China), and he is involved in multiple aspects of Greater China market development projects.Victor has an MBA, MS and BS in computer science from Pepperdine University, Illinois Institute of Technology, and Tamkang University in Taiwan, respectively. Victor was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" in January 2004 by Inc. Magazine, and Orange County "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst Young in 1999. Victor also received the 2003 Orange County Business Journal "Excellence in Entrepreneurship" award, as well as the 2003 Southern California Monte Jade Science & Technology Association "Distinguished Business Achievement" award and the 2004 USPAAC (US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce) "Excellence in Business" award. The USPAAC also named Victor as one of the top 10 most influential Asian American business leaders of 2005. Victor was also the recipient of Entrepreneur of the Year award from International Leadership Foundation (ILF) in July 2006. He serves as a member of the 2006-2008 National Judge panel for the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Program."
