As of December 31, 2008, Liberty Global owned and operated networks that passed approximately 34,275,100 homes, as well as served approximately 15,608,200 video subscribers, 6,201,300 broadband Internet subscribers, and 4,644,300 telephony subscribers. The company was founded in 2004 and is based in London, United Kingdom.
