He has extensive consulting experiences with Boston Consulting Group in Tokyo and Computer Sciences Corporation in California. After BCG and CSC, he was Assistant to Chairman and Group Strategy Manager of CSK/SEGA Group, a leader in enterprise IT solutions and digital entertainment in Japan. In 1999, he founded and represented the Tokyo office of General Atlantic LLC, an IT-focused growth equity firm. Since he left Lehman Brothers Japan as SVP for principal investment in 2008, Dr. Honjo has been Managing Director, Honjo International.Dr. Honjo has Ph.D. in International Studies from Waseda University, an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. from the University of Tokyo.
