They’ve started their own companies and experienced the ups and downs of the tech market over three decades, giving them deep empathy for and understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face. RSCM is structured like an operating company, not a typical VC or PE firm. Internally, we view ourselves as a startup whose business model is funding other startups. We strive to deliver the best product possible to founders, both before and after we invest. We operate at a scale that allows us to deliver a level of post-investment support and engagement more consistent with what you’d typically expect from a sophisticated late-stage investment firm, and we offer a level of diversification you'd typically expect only from a large fund-of-funds."
