He has been the Chairman of the Board of Bang & Olufsen A/S since December 2010. He has been the Chairman of Danske Bank A/S since December 19, 2011. He serves as Member of Advisory Board at Danske Bank A/S. Mr. Andersen has been a Director of Bang & Olufsen A/S since August 26, 2009. He serves as a Director at Aleris, Gambro BCT, Brandtex Group, BTX Group A/S, Contex A/S, Dako A/S. Mr. Andersen served as the Chairman at ISS A/S. He served as Vice Chairman of Danske Bank A/S and has been its Director since March 23, 2010. He served as a Member of Supervisory Board at Københavns Lufthavne A/S. He served as the Chairman of the board of ISS A/S until August 21, 2013, and its member of the Board of Directors since March 2005 until August 21, 2013. Mr. Andersen has participated in several Management training courses at Harvard and other universities. Mr. Andersen is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Business Administration and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.
