Fred also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at eBay, Inc. and Move, Inc. Fred previously served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Crystal Decisions, 3COM and Sonos. Fred is a Trustee of Whittier College. Fred holds a B.A. from Whittier College and an MBA degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
