Between 1999 and 2001, he established ESC's Asia operations and served as the CEO of the Asian Operations growing the business to $38 million. While responsible for Japan and Asia, Alon played a pivotal role in both establishing and growing the Asian market for laser and light based products. Prior to that, Alon spent 10 years at Direx Medical Systems, during which he established Direx Japan as a leading player in diagnostic and therapeutic systems in the Japanese and Asian Urology market.
