There, Todd joined the marketing department of medical device company SRD Medical. He later became that company’s CEO.Determined to work in a capacity where he might merge his business development skills with his entrepreneurial drive, Todd founded business consultancy Trendlines International with Steve Rhodes in 1993. Trendlines International was established to support seed- and early-stage companies and the start-up activities of large corporations. Todd and Steve established their first venture fund, the Trendlines Israel Fund, in 2004 and founded The Trendlines Group in 2007 when they were awarded two Israeli government-licensed business incubators, the Misgav and Mofet Venture Accelerators. The Trendlines team offers business development, marketing, finance, investment banking, and administrative services to its portfolio companies.Today, Todd is the Chairman and CEO of The Trendlines Group. Under the leadership of Todd and Steve, The Trendlines Group’s portfolio companies and three investment funds have raised more than $130 million.
