During this period, he managed various projects in the fields of management information systems and human resources management. Between 1982-1994, he took part in various commissions of the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers and was a member of the editorial board of periodicals. Between 2000-2012, he gave trainings in the seminars of Chamber of Mechanical Engineers, Metal Employers' Union and similar professional organizations. Since 2008, he has been serving as a management consultant to institutions in the fields of "Materials Management", "Management Information Systems", "Human Resources Management" and "Quality Systems Management".
