He is Member of the global Board of Management for Express and in addition oversees all global sales activities of the business unit. Previously, Mr. Crook held the position of CEO DHL Express Americas, as well as CEO DHL Global Customer Logistics. He has also held other responsibilities in the United States, as well as in Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Liverpool University, which he graduated in 1978. He also attended Manchester Business School between 1985 and 1987.
