Richard has considerable experience counseling clients in a broad array of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, public securities offerings, secured financing transactions, strategic partnering and licensing technology and intellectual property.He was also the head attorney and lead business development executive at the US division of a prominent South Korean Entertainment conglomerate. Richard received an A.B. with honors from Harvard University, and a J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law
