Incorporated as a Delaware LLC, SpicyTool currently serves real estate brokerages across Uruguay, Argentina, and Chile, with active expansion underway into the rest of the Southern Cone and the broader Latin American region. The team is led by Alejo Dogliani as CEO, Nicolás Eliceche as COO, and Hernán Racciatti as CSO. Alejo and Nicolás worked together for six years at a startup focused advertising agency before founding SpicyTool, where they saw firsthand how real estate teams were losing leads daily because their tools were not built for how the industry actually works in Latin America.
