On the part of the hotel, where the room inventory would have otherwise been vacant, gets filled and hence, the hotel benefits. A win‐win situation for both – the customer and the hotel.The booking process is a simple 5 step process:-Step One: Visit TravelSpice.com and ensure your destination, travel dates and number of rooms needed.Step Two: Choose your locality and hotel categoryYou can pick the area within the city you want to stay in and the star category of the hotel i.e. 5/4 or 3 star. Under each hotel category, you can view the participating hotels. If there are some hotels that you are not keen on, you can mark them ineligible on the same screen. This way, you can be sure that you don’t get a hotel you have not liked in the past or are not satisfied with their reviews.Step Three: Finalizing your bidOnce you have selected your locality and hotel category, you need to bid. We give travellers the average price of a room in the location and category they have selected as a guide. You can bid anywhere between 50% – 60% of this price and submit your bid. If your bid is within an acceptable range, it will be accepted immediately and you will be directed to a payment screen.Step Four: Accept Payment terms and Pay UsWe accept bids for a double occupancy in a standard room with breakfast only. Once payment is made to us we promise a room within 3 business hours.
