Oxford US will continue to focus on office and retail investments in New York and Washington DC, but will explore diversifying opportunistically into other property types (residential) and other geographies (Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco). Oxford is committed to develop and actively manage a $10 billion portfolio in the US by 2018.
