The Oxford US team members come from a diversity of backgrounds and are responsible for identifying, underwriting, structuring and directly managing Oxford US investments. In many cases, Oxford US partners with well-established local firms, including Gould Properties in Washington, DC; and Crown Acquisition, Vornado and the Related Companies in New York.Oxford’s US strategy is to build its credit and equity investments in primary US markets. Oxford US will continue to focus on office and retail investments in New York and Washington DC, but will explore diversifying opportunistically into other property types (residential) and other geographies (Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco). Oxford is committed to develop and actively manage a $10 billion portfolio in the US by 2018.
