She serves as Chairman of Hybrid Security. She serves as Chairman and Board Member of Iris Ventures portfolio companies. She serves as Member of the Board of Directors at Covertix Ltd. She is an active board member of numerous start-ups companies. She served as a Director of Panaya, Inc. She serves as Director of MultiPhy, Ltd. She served as a Director at Go Networks Inc. and Power Paper Ltd. Ms. Har-Noy earned an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from Ben-Gurion University and B.A in Economics and Political Science from the Bar-Ilan University. He has Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Bar Ilan University.
