She managed Intel Capital's cellular and wireless investments in Israel, Europe, and United States. Her role included the responsibility for shaping Intel Capital's investment strategy in those areas. Prior to that, she served as a Program Manager of the semiconductor segment of the supplier business development program of Intel, managing joint development programs between Israeli companies and Intel Corporation. She serves as Chairman of Hybrid Security. She serves as Chairman and Board Member of Iris Ventures portfolio companies. She serves as Member of the Board of Directors at Covertix Ltd. She is an active board member of numerous start-ups companies. She served as a Director of Panaya, Inc. She serves as Director of MultiPhy, Ltd. She served as a Director at Go Networks Inc. and Power Paper Ltd. Ms. Har-Noy earned an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from Ben-Gurion University and B.A in Economics and Political Science from the Bar-Ilan University. He has Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Bar Ilan University.
