Participate as Advisor to PRODEM, the Latin American Entrepreneurship Development Program at UNGS sponsored by MIF / IDB. Mr. Bril holds BA in Economics (Cum Laude) from the University of Buenos Aires, and MPA from Harvard John F. Kennedy School of Government.
