Mr. Potter is currently a member of the board of directors of Solar Senior Capital, Ltd., Solar Capital Ltd. and GSV Capital, each a business development company, and Crumbs Bake Shop, Inc. (“CRMB”), and has previously served as a board member of several other public companies.
