Prior to joining KKR, he was with Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia, where he was significantly involved in a number of successful and innovative private equity transactions in China, including Mengniu Dairy, Belle International, Ping An Insurance and Paradise Retail. He holds a B.S. in Physics, with first class honors, from Tsinghua University in China.
