Joseph Cutts is an experienced senior executive with 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience in a diverse set of industries.Prior to joining Opus Capital, Mr. Cutts has focused on advising a number of startups on strategic, financial, operational and management matters. From 1997 to 2007, Mr. Cutts served as an executiveofficer at Electronics for Imaging (NASDAQ:EFII), a global provider of digital imaging and print management solutions with annual revenues of over $700 million. WPGVP was the lead investor before the company went public. At EFI, he held positions including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In these roles he oversaw many internal EFI functions, including Legal, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Treasury, Strategy and Corporate Development, as well as leading the company’s industrial inkjet printing business. Before joining EFI, Mr. Cutts spent 11 years with Hills Bros. Coffee and Nestle Beverage Company in a wide range of finance and accounting roles.
