Prior to Demandware, Pearce served as Chief Financial Officer at AppIQ, where he was on the executive team that created a market leader in Storage Resource Management (SRM) software and was acquired by HP in 2005. John also co-founded SilverStream Software and served as its Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of International Operations and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Previously, as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of International Business at Watermark Software, Pearce grew the business through its acquisition by FileNet Corporation in 1995. Earlier in his career, John held various operational and finance leadership positions.
