In this position he lead the team to launch operations in 40+ countries, hired 1000+ people, acquired and integrated Google’s two largest acquisitions.Prior to this position Henrique lead European Sales & Media Solutions and Sales Operations for Google Europe.Before Google, Henrique was Sales & Business Development Director for Dell Western Europe Region where he managed sales and operations across 9 countries for all B2B businesses with revenues of $2+bn and 30%+ growth.Early in career Henrique worked for ABB- Asea Brown Boveri in Corporate/Project Finance and in the Private Equity.Henrique holds a MBA from IMD and MSc in Economics/Business Administration from ISEG. He is fluent in English, Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese.Henrique is also a Board Director of the IAB - Interactive Advertising Bureau – The as industry association, that comprises 500+ leading media and technology companies, to set the agenda to educate marketeers, agencies, media companies and regulators on Interactive Advertising.
