Her experience ranges from management positions in consumer products companies to B2B companies serving Fortune 500 customers.Heather has held diverse leadership roles, including VP Business Operations & GC at Indix Corporation, Principal and Senior VP at Summit Power Group, Executive VP and co-COO at Atom Entertainment, SVP and General Counsel at Getty Image and PhotoDisc, Inc. While at PhotoDisc and Atom, she led negotiations for their successful sales. At Getty, she served as General Counsel and managed the company's relisting on NASDAQ.Heather is active in local, state and national politics. She holds a JD (with distinction) from Stanford University and received her Bachelor's from Reed College.
