During his time at BBVA, Mr. Ortiz led five private equity investments, two of which are part of listed groups.Prior to BBVA, Mr. Ortiz was a Corporate Finance Director at ING Barings and participated in multiple M&A transactions. Mr. Ortiz started his professional career at Arthur Andersen Legal and Tax Advisors in 1992, today Garrigues, where he dedicated five years principally in tax and legal advisory work.
