Additionally, Ravishanker was co-founder of Hallo – an iPhone and Android app that enabled candidates and celebrities to reach supporters using their actual voice and free global messaging, akin to WhatsApp and TextPlus. He also previously served as President of Skyy Consulting Inc. and has led business analysis and user interface design projects for the U.S. Navy, Pfizer, and Unisys Corp. He has been recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2013 program semi-finalist for the Greater Los Angeles region, and also is an Inc. 500 study ranked CEO (CallFire was #285 on the 29th annual coveted Inc. 500 list). Ravishanker is a recognized leader in the Internet telephony space and has focused his career on VoIP integration consulting and growing online strategies for cloud telephony start-ups. A highly entrepreneurial executive, his track record in successfully driving sales through innovative business development and online marketing techniques, particularly in the telecom space, has make him a recognized “go to” source on issues and trends within the telecom solutions, call center management, political marketing, enterprise marketing, customer outreach, and the Internet. Dinesh earned a B.S. in Computer Science and M.B.A. from U.C. Irvine and completed an M.D.E. (Management Development for Entrepreneurs degree) at UCLA Anderson. Ravishanker grew CallFire from the ground up. Bootstrapped from inception, CallFire now serves over 200,000 customers and is on an annual run rate $20 million-plus. As CEO, Ravishanker oversaw the development and marketing of cloud telephony voice and text messaging and marketing services for businesses (small and enterprise scale), political action groups, consultants and candidates. Using CallFire technology, any business or organization – from start-up to political/grassroots campaign to the enterprise – can reach its customers on any device, over voice or text, using CallFire’s massively scalable, cloud telecom platform to build virtual call centers and much more.
