Ravishanker is a recognized leader in the Internet telephony space and has focused his career on VoIP integration consulting and growing online strategies for cloud telephony start-ups. A highly entrepreneurial executive, his track record in successfully driving sales through innovative business development and online marketing techniques, particularly in the telecom space, has make him a recognized “go to” source on issues and trends within the telecom solutions, call center management, political marketing, enterprise marketing, customer outreach, and the Internet. Dinesh earned a B.S. in Computer Science and M.B.A. from U.C. Irvine and completed an M.D.E. (Management Development for Entrepreneurs degree) at UCLA Anderson. Ravishanker grew CallFire from the ground up. Bootstrapped from inception, CallFire now serves over 200,000 customers and is on an annual run rate $20 million-plus. As CEO, Ravishanker oversaw the development and marketing of cloud telephony voice and text messaging and marketing services for businesses (small and enterprise scale), political action groups, consultants and candidates.
