In 2005 the company went public as getmobile Europe plc through a reverse IPO at the AIM segment of the London stock exchange.End of 2009 he returned as CEO to getmobile Europe plc, which was renamed into Ecommerce Alliance. Ecommerce Alliance AG is listed in the Entry Standard segment of the Frankfurt stock exchange since 2010. With this company setup Daniel is able to combine his roles as entrepreneur, founder and investor to develop a fast growing and integrated group of ecommerce companies.
