He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Xebec. He held senior financial management positions for Ford Motor Company. He has been a Director of Hypercom Corp., since August 4, 2011 and ReachLocal Inc. since 2008. He has been a Director of Bitfury USA, Inc. since September 2014. He served as a Director of Flextronics International Ltd. from 1994 to 1997. He served as a Director of NebuAd, Inc. Dykes holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration Degree from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.
