Allard was associate partner at the Dutch strategy-consulting firm Boer & Croon. Before Boer & Croon Allard was co-founder and CEO of TradingCars.com, an online B2B market place for the trade in new passenger cars. Allard holds an MSc Management degree from the London School of Economics. He also holds a MA Political Science and Philosophy from Leiden University.
