Allard Luchsinger is a pre-seed investor at Velocity Capital Fintech Ventures in Amsterdam focused on Financial Services and FinTech. Allard joined Velocity Capital Private Equity in 2011. Velocity is a Dutch based venture capital firm that focuses on early stage fintech companies. In 2006, Allard co-founded, San Francisco based, online stock-broker Zecco. He served as COO of Zecco until 2010. Zecco, a Velocity portfolio company, merged with Tradeking and sold to Ally Financialin 2016. Allard was associate partner at the Dutch strategy-consulting firm Boer & Croon. Before Boer & Croon Allard was co-founder and CEO of TradingCars.com, an online B2B market place for the trade in new passenger cars. Allard holds an MSc Management degree from the London School of Economics. He also holds a MA Political Science and Philosophy from Leiden University.
