He serves as a Director of HCL CleanTech Ltd., RIT, AVT Ltd., Oberon Media, Inc., Edge Medical, Exlibris, OrSense Ltd., and WisAir Ltd. He served as a Director of RAD Ventures. Mr. Gilon served as a Director of RiT Technologies Ltd. since 1995, Ceragon Networks Ltd. since June 1999, Radware Ltd. from October 2006 to July 2009 and Radcom Ltd. since June 1995. He served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Advanced Vision Technology (AVT) Limited. He served as an Outside Director of Silicom Ltd. since 1994.
