He was also actively involved in Zheng He’s role as lead investor in the US$500MM A Round and the subsequent US$1.2BN B Round of Lufax, another Ping An Insurance subsidiary that has become the world’s largest online financial asset exchange.Prior to Zheng He, William was President of Lawman Group where he ran the US and China Operations. In addition to the eponymous Lawman brand, William launched the apparel lines Petrol and Heart of Stone in the North American market, and built distribution across the US and Canada.William graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies from Harvard University.
