He brings significant experience as a board member, investor, and advisor having served on over a dozen companies' boards and negotiated over 20 mergers and acquisitions transactions worth over billion.Bill received his BSEE from Northeastern University and earned his MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1985.
