AI workloads are growing exponentially, driving unprecedented demand for compute power. But as performance scales, so does heat. Data centers and edge devices increasingly face a critical constraint: cooling. Traditional air and liquid cooling systems are inefficient, energy-hungry, and not designed for today’s high-density AI infrastructure.MegaCool Technologies addresses this bottleneck with a new approach: high-efficiency, AI-optimized cooling hardware, tailored to modern compute needs. Built on generative design, our patented solutions improve thermal performance spectacularly, reducing energy consumption and enabling denser, more efficient systems. This is no longer a niche issue, it’s a systemic bottleneck for the future of AI infrastructure. | $5.9M / Seed / Feb 19, 2026

Morpheus Space is an aerospace company that produces a modular and electric propulsion system for the small satellite industry. The company is disrupting the NewSpace industry by introducing Agile Constellations, a fusion between cutting-edge electric propulsion and Artificial Intelligence. The solution package enables satellite service providersto operate entire constellations as one entity. Thanks to the highly efficient propulsion systems, each satellite can perform countless orbital maneuvers, which allows for the first time the possibility of "objective first" mission planning with an automated trade-off. This provides a never before seen flexibility of satellite networks that is exploited by the A.I. to optimally morph the constellations to fulfill the user's objectives, which can range from revisit frequencies to observation of moving POIs. | $15M / Series A / Feb 05, 2026

FMC is the provider of extremely efficient FeFET memory solutions for non-volatile storage. FeFET is ultra-low-power, high-performance, very dense, and extremely temperature stable. It will scale to transistor sizes ranging from 28nm to 5nm and below. The FMC team has been supported by “EXIST Forschungstransfer”, a program of the Federal Ministryfor Economic Affairs and Energy. The company is based in Dresden, Germany.FMC commercializes a disruptive material innovation that will solve this problem for current and future technology nodes, i.e. eNVM based on ferroelectric hafnium oxide (FE-HfO2). The unexpected physical effect of ferroelectricity in HfO2 allows for the transformation of classical high-k metal-gate (HKMG) transistors into nonvolatile ferroelectric field effect transistors (FeFET). In this way, MCUs can easily be scaled from e.g. 65 nm down to 28 nm and beyond enabling tremendous advantages for the overall system: SoC cost reduction of around 80%, per bit write energy reduction by a factor of 1000 and an overall performance gain of the system of around 70% due to the transition to advanced process nodes. Due to the close relation of FeFET and CMOS baseline, there is no roadblock for FMC’s technology to be applied to cutting-edge technology nodes like 22 nm FDSOI, 1X nm FinFET and beyond. | $89.6M / Series C / Nov 13, 2025
