He is also the Chairman of IPI that catalyses innovation and Board Director of SEEDS Capital that invests in innovative startups.Mr. Tan has been appointed an Adjunct Associate Professor of the Nanyang Business School at Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University.In 2012, Mr. Tan was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) by the Singapore government.
