It is a joint venture established between eBay Inc. and Gmarket Inc. founder, Mr Ku Young Bae, in April 2010. Today, Giosis provides seven localised marketplaces, Qoo10, in five countries – China,Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
