Mr. Katz is the chairman of Allot Communications (NASDAQ: ALLT), a leading provider of intelligent IP service optimization and revenue generation solutions. Shraga joined Magma Venture Partners in January 2006, and serves as Director on the boards of GreenSQL and Corephotonics.
