His company pioneered "smart bike" technology, allowing bike share to go dockless and become more accessible and convenient for riders.In 2013, Rzepecki was named one of the 100 Coolest People in Tech by Business Insider and one of the Top 100 City Innovators Worldwide by UBM’s Future Cities. He received his master’s degree in urban planning from Hunter College of the City University of New York and his bachelor’s degree in marketing and international business from Pennsylvania State University.
