Ruben Vardanian is also Board Chairman of OJSC Rosgosstrakh (the major insurance player on the Russian market) and AmeriaBank (the leading bank in Armenia).Ruben Vardanian served as CEO at Rosgosstrakh from 2002–2004, Chairman of the Board from April 2004 to July 2005 and was Chairman of the Board at Sukhoi Civil Aircraft from 2005-2009. Additionally, from February 1 until September 10, 2012, he served on the Board of Directors of IG Seismic Services Ltd. (a joint venture between the Integra Group and Schlumberger).
