He received a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School in 1977. Wagoner is vice chair of the Board of Trustees of Duke University and a member of the Board of Dean’s Advisors of the Harvard Business School, Duke’s Fuqua School of Business Advisory Board and the Detroit Country Day School Board. He is a member of The Business Council and the Mayor of Shanghai’s International Business Leaders Advisory Council. He was born in Wilmington, DE, on February 9, 1953, and raised in Richmond, VA.
